Our Leadership Team

At ADC, we believe in the power of unity and collaboration to make a lasting impact on conservation efforts. Our dedicated team, from the Board of Advisors to Chapter Leaders, work tirelessly to build camaraderie, coordinate events, and drive change within the organization. With members across 35 states, our chapters are making a difference in communities nationwide. Join us in our mission to manage and improve habitats, and encourage females in outdoor education for future generations. Together, we can make a difference.

We are blessed to have such a passionate team of leaders on our side. These women volunteer their time and resources for this organization, because they believe in what we’re doing! Each one of our leaders has an entire life outside of American Daughters of Conservation. Mothers, wives, daughters, sisters, friends, employees, business owners, outdoor women – the list of hats each of our leaders wears goes on & on.

‘It takes a village’ applies to way more than just raising children. In our case, it takes a village to organize, plan, manage, and execute events and conservation efforts. This village shows up, and pours their hearts into making a difference. From building camaraderie among our members, to coordinating boots on the ground for education and conservation efforts.

Our dedicated leadership team is committed to creating unforgettable experiences that inspire, educate, and empower women while making a positive impact on conservation efforts. Together, we are shaping a brighter future for our planet and the generations to come.

Grow with us!

Recent years have brought ADC more blessings than we can even count. We have grown to over 500 Members & 17 Chapters across 40 states, which also called for expanding our Leadership team.
What does that mean? The relationships & camaraderie in our organization are blossoming every day. We have more boots on the ground than ever, contributing to habitat management, trash-clean up, planting trees, educational opportunities & so much more. More women are volunteering their time & resources to conserve our great outdoors. Our sponsor list has grown because reputable companies BELIEVE in what we are doing! The opportunities, connections & impacts we make just keep getting better & we owe it all to the women that make up the body of ADC. Words can not express how grateful we are for all of this, & all of YOU!
