Meet Our Team
Our Leadership Team
We are blessed to have such a passionate team of leaders on our side. These women volunteer their time and resources for this organization, because they believe in what we’re doing! Each one of our leaders has an entire life outside of American Daughters of Conservation. Mothers, wives, daughters, sisters, friends, employees, business owners, outdoor women – the list of hats each of our leaders wears goes on & on.
‘It takes a village’ applies to way more than just raising children. In our case, it takes a village to organize, plan, manage, and execute events and conservation efforts. This village shows up, and pours their hearts into making a difference. From building comradrie among our members, to coordinating boots on the ground for a variety of conservation efforts.
2022 was a year of GROWTH for our ADC Leadership Team! We are currently in the process of updating all State Leaders and National Board Members. If you have any immediate questions, please visit our Contact Us Page!

Brenna Nuckols
Founder
It was pointed out to me by one of my beautiful officers, in a recent meeting, that I should share the story with my ADC girls about why I decided to start building this organization in the first place. So, here it is! I have always enjoyed the outdoors even as a small child my favorite activities were always outside, but it was not until I was in college that I discovered my love for hunting and fishing. As I began to get more involved in these activities, I noticed that it always seemed to be a small group of guys, and then me! Not to discredit the boys, I enjoy hunting and fishing with them all, very much! We always have a hoot! However, I started to think, “It would be so nice to have a group of awesome girls that I could throw in my pick up truck and just go for a day on the water fishing, or for a weekend in the woods hunting, and not have to have the boys tag along!” After years of pondering and scouting, I discovered there were lots of women like me who love hunting and fishing already but wanted the same female outdoors comradeship, and there were even more that had always been interested in learning how to hunt and fish, but were either intimidated to start or had no venue to do so.
After a few more years of pondering I decided to create American Daughters of Conservation. A group of like minded females who strive to create a fun, relaxed and judgment free way for women to learn and thrive in all outdoor sports. Most importantly I wanted my organization to do some good, so supporting our nations on going conservation efforts seemed only natural. Through our hard work I know that our future generations will reap the same benefits from wild game and fish that we have. Even though we have only been an official organization since January 2017, we have already recruited over 200 members and are in 30 different states, put on several events and found 7 amazing sponsors. Seeing more and more women get involved is like watching a dizzy day dream come true in real time. You ladies are amazing and thank you from the bottom of my heart for supporting this organization! LET THE ADVENTURES CONTINUE!

Rachel Anderson
National Board Member
Hello Everyone, welcome to American Daughters of Conservation’s website, we are so happy you have stopped by to learn more about this amazing organization. My name is Rachel, and I am originally a Maryland girl now living in Florida. I was thrilled to be appointed an Officer of ADC in March of 2017. I came to this organization because I wanted to contribute to the sustainability of all North American wild game and fish, but also to expand my knowledge of all outdoor sports. I am excited to continue my journey with ADC and can’t wait to be a mentor to all our new and current members. I also look forward to ADC’s continued partnerships with all of our amazing sponsors. As a mother of three I can’t think of a better organization for me and my daughters to be a part of, together we will conserve not only the species we love to hunt and fish, but more importantly we will conserve our outdoor way of life.

Kenzie Taylor
National Board Member
Hey y’all my name is Kenzie Taylor and I am Kentucky born and raised. I currently live in Kentucky and I have been hunting since I was 9 years old. I was the boy my dad never had and I am very grateful for him starting me in the outdoors! Hunting, fishing and bow fishing have always been a passion of mine and I do my best to contribute and make a difference in the outdoors. I have always been “one of the guys” and wanted to find girls who were just like me. I am so happy to be a member and work alongside the ADC because this organization represents females in the outdoors who help each other, educate one another, and encourage other women in a positive light while also contributing to our North American Conservation efforts.
As a female hunter who grew up in the outdoors I felt right at home with this group and I feel you would too. In today’s outdoor and sporting industry it is hard to find a group of women who have the same morals and values as I do, and if that is what you are looking for you have found it! Join American Daughters of Conservation today!

Elizabeth Bland
Florida President/National Board Member
My name is Elizabeth Bland and I am the Florida Chapter President. I am a Florida native and was lucky enough to be raised in the Florida Outdoors. A few years ago I began my search for a way to get involved and help preserve the outdoor way of life I was raised to love. That lead me here. I joined the ADC Family in 2017 and have loved every second of it. Having the opportunity to meet so many great women (of every skill level) from not only across Florida, but from across the Country, has been one of my favorite parts of my ADC journey. I’ve had the chance to share my knowledge and learn from others and have grown so much since joining. If you’re looking for a place to call home, a place where you can learn, teach, and grow without being judged, this is that place. Check out the Events page and join us on one of our adventures!

Allison Hunter Voges
Indiana President
My name is Allison Hunter Voges and I grew up in the outdoors. Some of my favorite memories are tagging along on a quail or squirrel hunt with my father, or fishing with my grandparents and cousins out on the pond. I was born and raised in southern Indiana and am proud to say that I am currently the chapter leader for our state. While I love the quiet and peace that hunting and fishing brings, I’m even more passionate about sharing my love and enthusiasm for the outdoors with anyone I meet. Some of my fondest memories have taken place around the campfire with friends, sharing stories about past hunts and dreaming of future adventures. I am extremely lucky to have found the ADC. It’s helped me build some amazing relationships both locally, and with other like-minded females across the US. Our goal in life, in addition to conservation, is to inspire and encourage other women to step out of their comfort zones and into the great outdoors.

Kara Hamby
Kentucky President
Hello all, my name is Kara and I am the Kentucky ADC President. My family (Husband and 2 daughters) and I live in Western Kentucky. I enjoy all outdoor activities (hunting, fishing, camping, etc.) with my family. I came to ADC looking for support from other women who enjoy the outdoors as much as I do. Not only did I find that but I have also made friendships that will last a lifetime. As a mother, it is important to me to help with conservation efforts that will help to sustain the outdoors for future generations to love and enjoy.

Brittany Duty
Maryland President/National Board Member
Welcome to American Daughters of Conservation (ADC)! My name is Brittany Duty and I am the Maryland Chapter President. I was born and raised in Maryland and I have loved being outdoors ever since I was a child. My sister and I grew up hunting and fishing with my dad and grandfather. I always loved this time with my family but it was those times spent with my sister laughing and exploring together that I am most fond of. As a wife and mom of 2 boys I was searching for a way to get more time outdoors with other like minded women. That led me here. I joined ADC in 2017 and have loved every second of it. Having the opportunity to meet so many great women from not only across Maryland but across the country has been life changing. Women that were once strangers are now some of my very best friends that I not only get to go on ADC adventures with but also celebrate major life milestones with! I am very proud to be a member of ADC where we not only support and educate women but also give back to our communities and conserve animal habitats for future generations to enjoy.

Kimberly Capel
Maryland Vice President
I originally joined ADC after meeting Maryland President Brittany Duty when she brought her sons to a waterfowl hunt hosted by our National Wild Turkey Federation Chapter on the Eastern Shore of Maryland. The girl was passionate about her organization, so I started listening.
Turkey hunting is my passion and I’ve sat on the Maryland State Board of Directors for the NWTF over 15 years. I completed my Royal Slam at age 26. I’ve guided youths on turkey hunts, several of them being teenage girls. It never occurred to me that my hobby, something I absolutely love, would turn me into a role model for others.
Unbeknownst to me, sitting down with Brittany that day I would eventually meet some of my BEST friends. American Daughters of Conservation has so much to offer. I’ve only been a part of this organization for three short years, but I have met some of the most awesome people. So if you’re still reading, and you are curious about American Daughters of Conservation, reach out to any one of us. I can promise you, will absolutely will not be disappointed, left out or made to be felt less than someone else. I can’t wait to see YOU at our next outing.

Tina Goodman
Michigan President/National Board Member
Thank you for your interest in ADC and visiting our website to learn more about our vision! My name is Tina Goodman, the Michigan State Chapter President since 2019. Our focus is to encourage, empower, and educate women and girls in the outdoors with a judgment free and truly inviting atmosphere. Not only through hunting and fishing but with building and restoration projects, habitat preservation, clean ups, and recycling to conserve our beautiful land. The opportunities are plentiful and the friendships I’ve made have truly changed my life! I never met a better group of like-minded women from all over the US that have a true passion to encourage each other to try something new or help in our efforts to preserve.

Ashly Kolodisa
Michigan Vice President
My name is Ashly Kolodisa and I am the MI Chapter Vice President. I grew up in a military family and have moved around a lot but always loved the outdoors. I have been married for over 10 years now and have 2 daughters who also love the outdoors. I love to share the outdoor world with my girls as well as the preschoolers I teach. Being a member of American Daughters of Conservation not only provides opportunities to share the outdoors with those I love but also to meet other women that share that same passion. Conservation projects are a huge part of preserving our outdoor world for many years to come. Walking and exploring the outdoor world is my favorite activity but you can also find me fishing and hunting throughout the year.

Jan Jennings
Missouri President
Hi Folks! Let me introduce myself…. I am Jan Jennings, your Missouri State Chapter President. Growing up on a small farm in Michigan, I got my love for the great outdoors from my big brother at a very young age. He taught me how to hunt, fish, and trap, but most of all; he taught me the importance of conservation. I have carried my love of the outdoors and passion to share outdoor experiences with others into my life here in Missouri.
The chase for big whitetails brought me to Missouri, which I know call home. I run a small farm with goats, Highland cattle, a few pigs and lots of poultry. I am a beekeeper and own The Lodge at Circle J with my husband Dan.
In 2017, we hosted an all ladies hunt where I had the pleasure of meeting our founder, Brenna Nuckols and several members of ADC. I believed in the path this organization was on and instantly joined and never looked back. The experiences and knowledge you can gain with the members of ADC are endless.
Thank you for taking a few moments to view our website and I hope you will embrace the opportunities this organization has to offer.

Kacey Blunk
Missouri Vice President
My name is Kacey Blunk and I am the Missouri Chapter Vice President. I live on a cattle farm in Southern Missouri. I love photography, hunting turkey, deer, small game, and predator, fishing on the rivers and lakes, foraging for mushrooms and learning about natural resources, hiking, and exploring new places. My obsession with being outdoors began at a very early age watching my grandpa raise hounds and hunt his farm. As a mom of four, I have thoroughly enjoyed introducing my kids to everything that I love. I watch the passion and knowledge grow in them year after year. I have made it my mission to help open doors for other women and children to get involved, just like ADC has opened those doors for me. So many people never get the opportunity to experience or have anyone to learn from. I hope that I can be that face of opportunity for American Daughters of Conservation. I don’t care if you came from the city or the country, know everything or nothing, whoever you are… Let’s go on an adventure!

Erin Riche
North Carolina Vice President
Hi! My name is Erin Riche and I am the NC Chapter Vice President. I grew up in Louisiana and was exposed to nature, hunting, and fishing at a young age. As a kid, my dad would try to take me deer and squirrel hunting, but I was more interested in riding four wheelers and playing in the woods.
I became reintroducted to hunting about 10 years ago when I had the opportunity to participate in an educational women’s duck hunt in California. After that, I was hooked on shooting clays and bagging birds.
I have found comradery and empowerment through organizations like ADC which offer women opportunities to unite in their passion for nature, conservation, foraging and harvesting. It is my hope with this role to empower and inspire other nature loving ladies by creating similar opportunities that I’ve been so fortunate to have.

Moriah Briggs
Ohio Vice President
I am Moriah from Southeast Ohio I have the privilege of being Vice President of our Ohio chapter. As soon as I joined I met an amazing lady that is now one of my best friends… she traveled across the state to go goose hunting and bowfishing with me and we have made several lasting memories since then and had more wonderful ladies join our tribe. I grew up in a small town and mostly enjoyed deer hunting and fishing with my dad and brother but have picked up waterfowl hunting and turkey hunting since then. I love a new adventure and marking things off of my bucket list. When I’m not hunting I work as a physical therapist assistant. I’m very grateful to have found this group.

Krystin Mahoney
Virginia President
Welcome! My name is Krystin Mahoney, I’m the Virginia Chapter Vice President. I was never involved in the outdoors growing up until I met my husband in 2005. Seeing how much fun and enjoyment he got out of the outdoors, I decided I wanted that to be a part of my life as well. While I had no problem going with him and his friends, I wanted my own friends that shared the same passion that I had developed for the outdoors and conservation. After learning about ADC I immediately joined in 2021 and it was the best decision ever. I have met some of the most amazing women and gained friendships with women I would have never met had it not been for ADC. The experiences I have been able to be apart of and the knowledge I have gained has been life changing. As a mom of a little girl, who is also a Jr. Member, I get to see her experience growing up in an outdoor family and getting involved in conservation efforts at a young age. We look forward to having you as part of the ADC family.

Millie Brasseur
West Virginia President
My name is Millie Brasseur, and I am the WV Chapter President. I am a born and raised country girl with deep roots of everything outdoors. Hunting and fishing have been a huge part of my life. My siblings and I (my sister is the WV Chapter Vice President) grew up doing everything that involved the outdoors. Both of our parents were very enthusiastic about hunting, fishing, camping, and raised us to respect the animals we harvest. Nearly all my fondest memories revolve around outdoor activities. While I have always been comfortable with tagging along with the guys, I jumped at the chance to join American Daughters of Conversation in 2017. Having the opportunity to meet so many gals across the country that were just like me sounded amazing and was one of the BEST things I have ever done for myself. I have made lifelong friendships, made incredible memories, learned new skills and have been on countless adventures. If you are looking for gals just like you, a place to fit in, a place to learn or teach skills while being completely comfortable, we are your group!

Vikki Casey
Northeast Chapter Vice President
Vikki Casey is from Upstate NY, mother to 3 teenage boys, and works in the pharmaceutical industry. She loves hiking, hunting, fishing and other outdoor activities! Although newer to some of these passions, Vikki has thrown herself into everything outdoors. She manages a page called Chasing Open Air where her mission is to connect like minded women to share their passion for the outdoors, and most of all, HAVE FUN! Vikki most recently harvested her first turkey this spring and is on the hunt for her first deer in the fall!

Beth Cook
West Virginia Vice President
I was raised hunting and fishing in the beautiful mountain state of West Virginia. My Dad was an avid outdoorsman and shared his passion of chasing whitetails with me and my family. He taught us to respect all animals and to be an ethical hunter. My parents are no longer here but we still carry on these traditions and have passed them on to our kids. Hunting is a part of who we are, it’s a way to be intimate with nature while providing wild, unprocessed food that is free from hormones while making memories with family and friends.
I joined ADC in 2019 after my sister Millie Brasseur shared this group with me. She is the WV State Chapter President and I’m the WV Vice President. Hunters play a major role in conservation efforts by paying for hunting tags, fees, etc. so I loved the idea of joining an all-girls group that supports conservation efforts. It was a great decision; I’ve made a lot of friends through this wonderful group of ladies that also enjoy the outdoors and preserving our way of life. It’s given me the opportunity to go on adventures that I wouldn’t have been able to do on my own. I love that this group doesn’t judge anyone, in fact we encourage, educate, and support each other. For many of us the outdoors is a family heirloom – a gift passed down to us, but others may not have had anyone pass down traditions or lessons, so this is a great way to try something new. We look forward to adding new members where we can continue to grow as a group and as individuals.

Sheryl Magdycz
Northeast Chapter President
My name is Sheryl and I am a Western Massachusetts native. Lucky enough to be born with parents who love the outdoors, I grew up hunting and fishing with family and friends. I love to hunt deer, turkey, and pheasants and recently have started trying to break into the waterfowl game. When it comes to fishing ice fishing holds an extra special spot in my heart, and is my absolute favorite outdoor activity. I am super excited to be a part of the ADC team, this organization is like none other that I have ever experienced, with women who share such passion for the outdoors. I cannot wait to meet more of you amazing ladies!
