FL: Hands-On Alligator Hunting Education Weekend

Here’s your chance to go gator hunting and learn how its done with our very own ADC member/Florida Trapper Lisa Strout and her husband Gary. Lisa and Gary have opened up their boat to 4 additional ADC members to come and learn and assist in a three day gator hunt with them ( unless you tag out early)
Who: 3 trapper helpers (will need to purchase license) + 1 additional non hunter
How: I’ll draw for spots on 7/24/24
Price – FREE, trapper helpers must purchase own trapper helper license through FWC for $51.50
Lodging- Lisa is planning on an Air BNB so will coordinate chipping in after drawing is done.
Where: tags are for Lake Kissimmee
Extra details:The gator would be Lisa’s to keep as we will have it processed and used, but this gives an opportunity to have the experience and learn what happens. You can always buy meat and a hide to do something with from Sebring Tannery.
